A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Good to Know
Do you provide mobile tire service at my location?
Yes. Alexis Tires on Wheels provides mobile tire service at homes, workplaces, parking lots, and suitable roadside locations. We come to you and complete the tire service on-site when the location is safe and accessible.
Do you repair flat tires?
Yes. We provide mobile flat tire repair when the tire can be safely repaired. We inspect the damage first. If the tire cannot be safely repaired, we can help with tire replacement instead.
Can you install tires I already purchased?
Yes. We can install customer-supplied tires. Send us the tire size, vehicle information, and number of tires you need installed so we can confirm compatibility and provide an installation quote.
What areas do you serve?
We provide mobile tire service in San Jose, Milpitas, Santa Clara, Campbell, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Fremont, Palo Alto, Morgan Hill, and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm service at your exact location.
What are your hours?
We are open every day from 8 AM to 12 AM (midnight) Pacific time. Appointment and same-day availability depend on our schedule and your location.
Can I text you for a quote?
Yes. Text us with your location, tire size, vehicle information, and the service you need. We can then check availability and provide pricing.
